MEDICAL CONSULTATION 

A full consultation will be completed with you on arrival. Should we become aware of any contraindications, we may need to alter your chosen treatment.

 

BOOKING A TREATMENT

You are able to book either through our website booking tool, or by calling the clinic during reception hours on 01242 221456, or 07584 492466, or email info@oakwellhealth.co.uk.

We are open five days a week, Monday to Friday. 

Reception hours are 9am to 5pm, and our practitioners often have appointments outside these hours, which can be found when booking online or when speaking with our receptionist. 

 

TREATMENT PAYMENT

Full payment is required at time of booking for all individual treatments.

All treatment costs are inclusive of VAT.

We accept all major credit cards, excluding American Express.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation after which a 100% charge will be made.

No refund will be payable for non-arrival for a treatment without the stipulated notice.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to alter your treatment times on the day if necessary.

Please note that treatment time includes medical consultation, set up and your chosen treatment.

All treatment re-arrangements will be subject to alternative availability.

Oakwell Health has a non-smoking policy.  In keeping with the UK law, we apply a strictly non-smoking policy within its confines or on external parameters.

 

Oakwell Health will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.
